Morning: Sightseeing in Thimphu

1. Tashichho Dzong
   1. Start your day with a visit to the Tashichho Dzong, the seat of the king’s office and the central monastic body. It’s a beautiful fortress and monastery with great views of Thimphu and a peaceful atmosphere.
2. Buddha Dordenma
   1. After the dzong, head to Buddha Dordenma, a towering statue of Buddha. The site offers a panoramic view of Thimphu valley, and you can also visit the meditation hall beneath the statue.
3. National Memorial Chorten

Lunch in Thimphu
