Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 30% of the total booking cost.
  • Between 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • If a traveler cancels part of their itinerary, any refundable amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policies of each specific service provider (e.g., hotels, guide fee, Transportation Charge, etc.).

2. Cancellation by the Company

  • If our company cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political instability, natural disasters, etc.), a full refund will be issued.
  • In rare cases where services need to be changed due to availability issues, we will notify travelers in advance and offer alternative solutions or a refund.

3. No-Show

  • No refunds will be issued for travelers who fail to show up on the scheduled departure date or who fail to adhere to the itinerary.

4. Travel Insurance Claims

  • In case of illness, emergency, or other cancellations, travel insurance policies may apply. Travelers are advised to contact their insurance provider for claims related to trip cancellations.
